Coaching for Competing Priorities
When life is pulling you in different directions.
A focused space to step back, untangle what's competing for your attention, explore what matters and work towards a way forward that feels right for you.
You might be…
- facing a difficult decision
- juggling several things that all matter
- questioning what comes next
- trying to work out what you actually want
- struggling to find space to think clearly
You don’t need to have everything figured out before you begin.
Untangle it together
We’ll take time to understand what’s going on, untangle what’s competing for your attention and explore what matters to you.
I’ll listen, ask questions, challenge where it might help and offer ideas or perspectives to consider.
There are no perfect answers. The aim is to help you make sense of things and find a way forward that feels right for you.
Four things people take away
Clarity
A clearer view of what is actually going on.
Confidence
Trust in the decision you are making.
Boundaries
Room for what matters, and a way to protect it.
Peace of mind
The ability to look back without regret.
There are no perfect answers. Feel at peace with the decision you make — and look back without regret.
Before booking
Before booking coaching, we’ll have a brief conversation to talk about what’s bringing you to coaching, what you’re hoping to get from it and whether Coaching for Competing Priorities feels like the right support for you.
If it feels like a good fit, we’ll arrange your sessions and payment.
A block, not a programme
The initial coaching offer is a block of five 55-minute sessions.
The sessions are not a fixed programme. We’ll work with what is most useful to you and revisit or change direction as needed.
Between-session reflection or activities may be suggested where useful, but there is no compulsory homework.
At the end of the block
At the end of the five sessions, we’ll reflect on where the coaching has taken you and what would be most useful from there.
5 × 55-minute sessions — £375
Payment arrangements are confirmed when your coaching sessions are booked.
Nature of coaching
Coaching is collaborative, confidential and non-clinical. It is not therapy, counselling, diagnosis, medical treatment, psychological treatment or formal assessment.
You remain responsible for your own decisions. Where something falls outside the scope of coaching, appropriate signposting or referral will be considered. Safeguarding takes priority where relevant.
