Contact — Yoga & Movement

Enquire about yoga and movement

Strong, creative and accessible practice, with a specialism in dynamic yoga.

Whether you’ve never done yoga or you’ve been practising for years, tell me roughly where you’re starting from and I’ll tell you honestly whether these sessions suit it.

Helpful to include

What to tell me

Two or three lines is plenty.

  • how much yoga you’ve done, if any
  • whether you’re after a group class or one-to-one
  • any injuries, pain or conditions to work around
  • what you’re hoping for — strength, mobility, a calmer head
  • which days and times tend to work

Nothing here is a medical assessment. If you have a condition that affects movement, please speak to your GP or physiotherapist as well.

Two ways in

Group or one-to-one

  1. Group sessions. A shared class, with options offered throughout so people at different levels can work in the same room.
  2. One-to-one. Built around you — useful if you’re returning after injury, starting from nothing, or want to work on something specific.

You can also see the practice itself on Instagram before getting in touch.

Accessible means accessible

Strong does not mean advanced. Every shape has a version that works for the body in front of me.

Sessions take place in person in Leigh-on-Sea.

Times and prices

Class times, venue and prices are arranged directly rather than published. Ask in your email and I’ll send the current details.

Where this sits

Yoga sits alongside the coaching practice rather than inside it. The thread between them is the same: noticing what is going on, and having a way to work with it.
