Contact — Children’s Coaching

Enquire about coaching for your child

Children’s Coach, for children and young people aged 7 to 18.

Please get in touch as the parent or carer. Nothing begins with your child until we have spoken, you have shared the background you think matters, and you have given consent.

Helpful to include

What to tell me

A few lines is plenty. We can cover the rest when we speak.

  • your child’s age and school year
  • what has made you start looking for support
  • what your child is like when things are going well
  • anything already in place — school support, other professionals
  • whether you’d prefer sessions in person or online
What happens next

Four steps

  1. You email. As the parent or carer, not the child.
  2. We talk. A conversation with you about your child and what you’re hoping for.
  3. Background and consent. You share relevant information and give written consent.
  4. First session. Unhurried, and about getting to know each other.

Your child’s views, comfort and participation stay central throughout. Coaching is done alongside them, not to them.

Investment

6 × 45-minute sessions — £360

Children’s Coach runs as a block of six sessions. Payment, cancellation and refund terms are set out in the Terms & Conditions, and how your child’s information is handled is in the Privacy Notice.

What coaching is not

Coaching is collaborative, confidential and non-clinical. It is not therapy, counselling, diagnosis, medical treatment, psychological treatment or formal assessment.

If what you need falls outside coaching, I’ll say so and, where I can, point you towards more appropriate support.

Safeguarding

Coaching conversations are confidential, with one exception. If I become concerned about a child’s safety or wellbeing, I have a duty to act on it, and I will tell you what I am doing wherever it is safe to do so.
